Venison Backstrap Recipe

Ingredients:

2 full backstraps (tenderloins)

1 tsp of Mrs.Dash

1 tbsp cracked black pepper

18 ounces Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ Sauce

1/10 pt. miniature whiskey bottle

1/2 cup water

Directions:

Set the two venison backstraps in a big bowl then add all ingredients. Here you want to mix everything in very well by hand.

Turn the back traps in the mixture until they are completely covered on all sides. Then cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours to chill. Empty the bowl of ingredients into the crock pot and slow cook 1 1/2 hours until the meat falls apart. After that place shredded backstraps on your favorite fresh bread for an excellent sandwich.
