Grilled Salmon Recipe

October 25, 2011 by

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets

garlic powder to taste

lemon pepper to taste

salt to taste

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup water

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

Take your salmon fillets and season them with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt to your liking.

Next in a bowl stir together  brown sugar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and water until sugar is mixed in well and fully dissolved.  Then set the fish in a zip lock bag with the soy sauce marinade. Close the bag and move the fillets around to make sure they are covered with marinade. Refrigerate for at a minimum of 2 hours.

Preheat the grill at medium heat in order to get the best flavor.

Lightly oil grill grates to keep the salmon fillet(s) from sticking to them. Next place salmon directly on the preheated grill. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve and enjoy.

This will quickly become one of your favorite grilled salmon recipes!
