Lime Grilled Salmon Recipe

Here are some great grilled salmon recipes.

Lime Grilled Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

Juice of two limes
3 tablespoons olive
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
splash of hot pepper sauce (add to taste)
3 green onions chopped fine
½ teaspoon sugar

Makes enough marinade for 4 salmon steaks
Combine ingredients and place over salmon steaks in bowl or plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Grill salmon steaks over medium flame 4-5 minutes per side.

Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon Steak Recipe

Ingredients

Juice of one lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Makes enough marinade for 4 salmon steaks

Combine ingredients and pour over salmon steaks in bowl or plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Grill the salmon over medium flame for 4-5 minutes per side. Continue to baste salmon while grilling with leftover marinade every 1 to 2 minutes. A grilled salmon recipe that’s a crowd pleaser!

Grilled Salmon with Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 ½ cups fresh or canned pineapple chopped (fresh is preferable)
½ of small red pepper chopped
1 small or half of a large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
¼ red onion chopped
1 jalapeno pepper chopped fine, seed removed
¼ cup fresh basil chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger chopped fine
Juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 salmon steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
black pepper
salt

This is a healthy grilled salmon recipe. Combine pineapple, red pepper, cucumber, onion, jalapeno, basil, lime juice and sugar 30 minutes before grilling steak.

Dry salmon steaks and brush oil on both sides. Salt and pepper to taste. Grill salmon on medium high heat to medium rare, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve grilled salmon with salsa.

Grilled Salmon Recipe with Herbs

Ingredients

½ cup fresh basil
½ cup fresh parsley
3 tablespoons fresh oregano
3 cloves garlic
1 ancho chile, seeded
1 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ – 2 pounds salmon fillets with skin
In blender puree basil, parsley, oregano, garlic, chile, salt, pepper and sun-dried tomatoes with oil.

Spread puree on salmon (do not place on skin side), oil grill and heat to medium high, place salmon with puree covered side down. Grill 3-4 minutes, turn over and grill an additional 3-4 minutes. Serves 5-6.
