Salmon Patty Recipes

Here is a list of easy salmon patty recipes.

Crusted Salmon Patty Recipe

Ingredients

6 ½ ounce can of salmon
½ cup corn flake crumbs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 green onion chopped
½ teaspoon mustard

Combine salmon ¼ cup corn flake crumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped green onion, and mustard. Form two patties and coat with remaining corn flake crumbs. Preheat oven to 350. Bake in oven safe pan for 20 minutes.

Cajun Salmon Patty Recipe

Ingredients

14.75 ounce can of pink salmon bones removed
1 teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs beaten
2 cups prepared Spanish rice
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Mix salmon, dill, garlic salt, Cajun spice, rice, cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs.

In nonstick skillet, heat vegetable oil on medium heat and fry patties on each side until golden brown.

Potato Flake Salmon Patty Recipe

Ingredients

6 ½ ounce can of salmon
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons potato flakes

Mix salmon, egg, salt, pepper and potato flakes. Form patty and fry in nonstick skillet on medium heat until golden brown.

Mash Potato Salmon Patty Recipe

Ingredients

4 large peeled potatoes
6 ½ ounce can of salmon
1 teaspoon chopped lemon zest
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
4 green onions chopped
flour
vegetable oil

Boil potatoes until tender and mash. Allow potatoes to cool after mashing. Drain salmon and add lemon, parsley, onions and potatoes mixing thoroughly. Form patties and dust with flour. Fry patties in shallow fry pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

This salmon patty recipe works great for left over mashed potatoes.
