Oven Baked Recipes for Walleye

Add this amazing dish to your recipes for baked walleye!

Ingredients:

4 walleye fillets

6 tbsp milk

3 tsp lime juice

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 cup corn flake – crumbled

Cooking spray – Olive oil

Garlic powder

Directions:

Combine together the milk, mustard, garlic powder, lime juice , pepper, and salt. Then put the crumbled corn flakes in a shallow dish. Next, dunk the walleye in the milk mixture and then in the crumble corn flakes, coating equally on both sides. Set the walleye on a baking sheet that you sprayed with cooking spray(the walleye fillet). Place in a preheated oven of 450 bake until lightly browned, approximately 10 mins. Flip the walleye fillet and repeat the spraying process. Bake until browned and flakes with a fork.
