Grilled Halibut Recipe
This grilled halibut recipe should be in every fish cook's recipe book.
Ingredients
8 6 oz halibut fillets
¾ c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp cornstarch
¼ c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp parsley, fresh
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp oregano, dried
¼ tsp rosemary, dried
Preheat grill. Mix broth, cornstarch and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Boil for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Remove from burner. Stir in the 4 seasonings and set entire mixture aside, keeping warm.
Put halibut fillets on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cover and grill for 6 minutes on each side. Fish should be flaky. Serve covered with the lemon sauce. We promise your family or friends will devour this grilled halibut recipe.
