Goose Meat Recipes – Sauteed Goose

Ingredients:

4 goose breast – halved

5 tbsp. butter flats

3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

1 onion large – chopped

4 stalks celery – chopped

white rice

 

Instructions:

In a zip lock bag place the goose breasts and cover with Worcestershire sauce. Marinate for a minimum of 6 hours to overnight.

Melt butter flats in a skillet over medium heat. Then add chopped onion, chopped celery, goose breasts, and the marinade. Cover the skillet, and simmer over low heat for about 3 hours. Meat should come out very tender.

Serve over white rice and enjoy this wonderful goose meat recipe!
