Fried Pheasant Recipes

Here is one of our user submitted fried pheasant recipes.

Fried Pheasant Recipe

Ingredients

1 pheasant breast with the skin removed
6 sliced mushrooms
½ of a chopped red onions
1 ounce butter
3 ounces heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
handful of chives

This is one of our favorite fried pheasant recipes. Separate the pheasant breast into 3 pieces and saute in butter for about 4 minutes until cooked through. In a separate flying pan, saute mushroom slices and red onion in oil. Add soy sauce and cream, stirring continuously. Simmer for a minute, then pour over meat. To finish this pan fried pheasant recipe, garnish with chives and enjoy!
